Lucaffe Australia Pty Ltd will replace any product found to be defective due to a production or handling error. To receive the replacement, proof of purchase must be supplied. All defective products, or products not consumed, must be returned to Lucaffe Australia Pty Ltd before a replacement is sent. If Lucaffe Australia is unable to replace your products then a refund will be negotiated within 3 weeks of receipt of item depending on condition of product and or quantity consumed. At Lucaffe we are proud of the way we pack and ship our products. If a product should reach you in a less than satisfactory condition please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to let us know. All orders are despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order and will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days of despatch. Usually orders reach our customers in a much shorter period than this. Products can be purchased or picked up from our showroom. All shipping orders are charged according to your postcode. Shipping charges are per shipment and not per product. Please contact us if you need to arrange delivery of an order outside of Australia.
